We are glad to inform you that we are organizing the International Conference on Liquid Crystals, Liquid Crystalline Polymers and Nanosystems: From Macro to Nano Length Scales (ICLCP 2019) on 13, 14 and 15 December 2019 at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India

This conference will be one of the big International meetings exclusively dedicated to Liquid Crystals and Liquid Crystalline Polymers. We hope that the conference will be extremely useful to researchers working in this field as people with diversified backgrounds are expected to attend the conference and making the event truly interdisciplinary in nature.

Publication of Conference Paper

We have got acceptance from Advanced Nano Research (https://www.aijr.in/) and Journal of Experimental and Theoretical Nanotechnology Specialized Researches (http://www.siats.co.uk/journal-of-experimental-and-theoretical-nanotechnology-specialized-researches/) to publish peer reviewed papers in these journals. We also have got acceptance from River Publishers (www.riverpublishers.com) and Apple Academic Press, USA (www.AppleAcademicPress.com), to edit 2 books based on our conference. All the papers for the journals and for the books will be peer reviewed by international experts before publication. The proposed book and journals will be indexed by Scopus database.

Brain Storming Discussion Meeting On Joint Projects and Collaborations (HORIZON 2020)

During the conference there will be a brain storming discussion meeting in order to submit a joint project proposals to European Union under the “HORIZON 2020” programme for funding between India, Europe and Rest of the world. We will also discuss other bilateral research progrmmes between DST, UGC, INSA and DBT of India and Rest of the world. Please note that DST of India has signed bilateral agreement with almost all the countries in the globe. These include DST-NSF, DST-DAAD, DST-DFG, DST-KBN, Indo-French (CEFIPRA), DST-NSF, DST- Australia, etc etc. This conference will act as a good platform to find partners for international research collaborations.

We will bring many companies from India and abroad to have strong Business to Business (B2B) Industries Interaction. This will open up new collaborations, joint ventures, technology transfer between multinational, medium scale and small scale industrial units across the globe.

The conference will be held at School of Chemical Sciences Auditorium, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. The city of Kottayam in Kerala has a large number of excellent hotels. Kottayam city is famous for lakes, latex and letters. The hotels in Kottayam are relatively inexpensive

There are a large number of tourist spots in Kerala. The most important ones are Munnar Mountains (the best tourist spot in Asia based on UNESCO), Thekkady Wild life Sanctuary, Cochin, and Varkkala/Kovalam beaches.
